* Include the uusrc.general.uv role from within our openwebui role, instead of from within the playbook. This allows us to use the same variable for venv location everywhere. * No need for the install-dependencies role, just uv pip install openwebui :)

@jelletreep @slawa-loev @rdmnf the work you did yesterday was getting very close! Thank you, that means we'll soon have an OpenWebUI/Ollama Catalog Item for all SRC users. :)
